The story says that Yuno joined a line group when she enrolled into university when she was 18, it basically says that she exchanged nudes with some dude who leaked them to the group she's also in and made her beg not to release them.
The line profile picture from her alleged account was the same as one she had already posted on Twitter, but the nude image hasn't been found through revere image searching, so the pic itself isn't obviously fake at least.
Then a mysterious Twitter account showed up saying that she's Yuno and commenting under the post asking them to delete it. This account also DMed people in the comments under the post, revealing screenshots from the line group from the perspective of the "Yuno account" in that group. The whole thing was rather weird.
I personally think it was fake due to the weird story how the nudes got leaked and the weird behavior of the twitter account telling people to delete the pics, basically confirming that they're real and that she's embarrassed, which would be a retarded strategy for the real Yuno, because people would spread them even more. Sending nudes to random people you meet on the Internet as a famous gravure idol would be equally as retarded.
