Actually, is this supposed to be in reference to sex or just romance? If a girl is just trying to pursue the main character to have sex, then I would say that she is a slut and would not be interested. But if she is just trying to get him to like her, by talking to him whenever she has a chance, or trying to invite him out places etc. Then I don't see how that could be considered a slut.
