Touhou discussion.

1. Slowdown rate/frames dropped percentage.

To the best of my knowledge, this doesn't actually have anything to do with holding the shift key, but rather when the game slows down involuntarily from hardware constraints or something? Seems unreasonable, because I get 50% slowdown on my new HP, but about 0.5% on my four-year-old Acer. If I'm correct here, is there a certain tolerance for slowdown for one's score to really mean anything? Does, say, more than 3% disqualify one or something?

2. Why is the fourth stage always much harder then the fifth stage?
