Do you ever brag to random people on the street that you go to /jp/ and how it makes you superior to everyone else?

I personally like to yell "sage" at them to let them know that they're not even worth my time and to make their inferiority clear. Sometimes I'll even stick around to explain to them how sage is supposed to work and how they don't use it correctly. Being a /jp/ elite is hard work.

A sage post has a value of 0. When a sage post is submitted, the value of the thread becomes 0+0, and the thread is not bumped, but remains in equilibrium.

sage was originally intended for times when you didn't want to bump a thread because you had nothing to contribute, now known as a polite sage. These days it's a symbol of disdain, and a sage makes peopel assume you dislike the thread, which is kinda saddening.
