It's a simple and straight forward game so there aren't any real newbie trap. If anything you should just avoid getting baited by normal banners and save for 200 rolls to get Demon King Lucifer when they run a fest or limited banners.

I want to say they fudged the rates for this one, but I saw others get Misa on their first 10-pull.

The weird thing is, I'd say I've experienced the same thing maybe every other banner. Back at launch, Mahamut was instant for me, but Venus took halfway to pity and Hildione was a miss. Or last month, Sachi came home fast, Primula took 180, and Kaya was a miss. And now, both Halloweens showed up quick, and me skipping Wisteria and the maids didn't help me with Misa, but going back to the maids and I instantly got two rainbows (though neither were Kirika and I missed Marion).

The rates themselves do seem wildly inconsistent, but rate-up is a lie more often than not.

The manor in Sweet Home Maid must be a terrorist front because the only way you're every clearing any of these stages is with judicial use of explosive ordinance.

I got absolutely destroyed by 43, no matter what combination of start booster I used, it would either fuck up my start or would eventually just peter out until I had 5 turns left to clear two rows of taped boxes and paint the room.

Oh, that explains the seemingly impossible mice paint stage. I got past it by using swap on the mice and Rainbow in the corner. Then getting a pillar bomb combo to hit the mice so I could use the rainbow on a color and get some paint into the main area. I always just thought mice fucked rockets.

There are 450 story stages. Their intended progression seems really weird, you'd think they'd find a way to do simple introductions more frequently instead of the compound hell they like doing.
Anyway, I resorted to challenges for those. I also decided to stop doing story because of the mouse missile bug, but I ironically have more all-task clears for the mice challenge stages compared to others I tried.

I too am happy with the play store release of twinkle. Most of the time I have the game open is to get login bonuses and sweep dailies so I don't particularly care about the censors or lack of adult content. Makes it a lot easier since there's no need to launch a vpn on my phone or computer, or deal with game player taking ages to open on the latter, to

Yes, if they have an explodey effect on the icon, instead of spawning a random booster. You can just use it on whatever tile you want. This is also why Bath Himariko is super powerful and is one of the most recommended units to get as she has a cross pillar skill. Fucking cheesed the fuck out of that awful button Maneki Neko stage for me.

They stack even with themselves. Luriel+Koharuko+Venus is already an infinite turn engine that buffs itself infinitely. For other elements, Fire/Wind already one-shot anything due to Ixillion+Saran plus their Luriels while Dark has Wisteria. Water already has Sachi+Swimsuit Fiona and you're not stacking another EX2 in that rotation assuming you haven't already killed the enemy.

There's practically nowhere to fit Ria if you already have the best units for each element.

That doesn't address my point though. She's worse if you already have any element's respective Luriel. She can stack with them, but there are already other better buffing options if you have them within their repsective elements. I know how to stack buffs, however there's no point to it most of the time. The enemy only has so much HP. There's only so much EX gauge to go around and with powercreep they'd release even more powerful element specialized units. Rather the truly broken unit type to be watching out for is other element Koharukos. Ria would be the first to go and I don't think she even fits into any optimized teams in the first place.

Actually troublesome content so far has solely consisted of the 25 enemy battles and the reflect damage shark simply because they're not things you can trivially one-shot which we already do for everything else.

the shark doesnt reflect anymore and Ixilion just did about 600k damage to the whale with an unfinished Ria. Saran can now kill things in one hit without stunning them. Read on how much Ria's accessory boosts her attack because you're missing alot of her build. The only character who cant rely on Ria reliably is Magdalena due to her EX2 costing 3 gauges.

As somebody who plays it, Cherry Tale has some of the most awful monetization possible and is Pay2Win beyond absurdity.
>all new character releases are limited and the standard pool barely has any units
>dupes are required to rank up units which is where they get the majority of their stats
>you need 5 extra copies total and you can only buy a single dupe gem with generic shards meaning at minimum you need to roll a unit 5 times to max them
>Game content ranges from trivial to impossible to anyone but whales
>there are special event characters who you get from beating the last stage of their event, farmable from their events, and not too hard to beat eventually
>there is a second set of event characters available after each of the first set requiring a mono element team
>you only need to beat the first stage, but they are nearly impossible in comparison
>there is a character in one of the pvp shops that costs so much that nobody has managed to buy her since from the game's release
>and her dupe gems are also in the same pvp store which would mean they need more than double the time to max out

The game's saving grace is the H is relatively trivial to get and only needs the base copy of any unit. Well besides for the main story scenes. They require a slow to acquire daily currency to purchase. Not too bad if you've been playing since launch as new stories released, but even then you can't afford all of them F2P. You can also set your units naked.

On a side note, they released a ridiculous side mechanic gacha that uses AI art cards. Theres a character unlocked behind achievements for collecting them, but it's still impossible to obtain her as it's not possible to collect enough achievements even with all the current cards in the game. They also did several Vtuber collabs. Melody has official hentai in this game.

The position of the black kept changing so I think they're made the tickets so they give you an extra black if you didn't roll one otherwise, but to get two or more you legitimately need to have the luck to get two blacks.
Either that or I'm just coping from not getting a single black from 81 rolls, who knows.

My condolences, Erolabs games are always at best sidegachas due to the sheer shittiness of the monetization which is a shame since the actual shmup part of the game feels nice outside of the environmental DoT that kills you if your level is too low.

I recently got my team to average level 58 so I no longer have to fucking deal with it by spending event points on gold. However, now I'm hit by the immense materials grind to get Allee to her next attack phase. However, the game's difficulty is completely trivial outside of the DoT, so nothing needs to be rushed for now at least. Also it turns out Allee/Scorpion with poison equipment are meta. Optimal mix seems to be 2 poison equipment, 1 flame/decay due to poison stack capping. Also don't use drones with DoTs as they can steal stack slots with their DoTs dealing pitiful damage due to their low base attack.

this. from my experience playing the game for a while, the AI is insufferable: unable to break obstacle, moving around back to empty starting area, no highest damage optimization. on top of that, stages are so fucking long and enemy can steal your treasure box after that appear after 7-8+ turn and make you have to repeat the stages again. on top of that the animation is so fucking slow as well.

and while they can upgrade the AI, it cost much more resources than making new events. hence they probably will bandaid the problem using easier/simpler map and event for now. at least the game has skip function for new events that matter unlike deepone
