I am the anon i will say you are right in your thesis. The main problem is that list just exists without any rhyme or reason why anyone should care about those titles in the list, and some are obviously false titles. It seems like someone just randomly slapped them together and made that meme to seem like they are from the Cartel. Those 3 titles i mentioned were the only ones i liked and am interested in as a whole. Also it's the same reason why i gave criticism of a lack of Gameplay VN titles because it's obvious there is good ones that exist out there that could have been added.

No really, and the VNs in the list is mostly random VNs that have some fame, which mean the meme maker pretty much insert any VNs he only knew because it still miss some known untranslated VNs.
