No. She can't keep you asleep.
However the passage of time in a dream is not 1:1 with the passage of time in reality. While she can't keep you for long, she might be able to alter your perception to make it feel like your dream is lasting for a really, really long time.
That said, a dream is still a dream. Your conscious is active and not within the void of sleep. You would still experience thoughts, feelings, fears and desires. If it's the void of sleep you seek rather than an alternate to reality there isn't much Doremy can do. Maybe she can make a dream that simulates the void of sleep.
