GA1 is a very very easy game. The sequels are harder, but they're still pretty easy. A lot of the challenge comes from losing the Angel with the highest affection on the last battles.
They have to pilot the super weapon.

I dunno. I recharged mai waifu no more than 3 times. Though, she died 2 times.
And Kung Fu fighter has low HP and big speed. And here lies it's problem: it can't use Harvester as support, since Harvester is too slow to catch it, so KFF is either need to wait Vanilla's ship, or it should attack and retreat, which is not good anyway.

I used Fighter mainly for killing single targets far from main group.

DO not underestimate Happy Trigger Guys.
If she if HAPPY AT MAX UWOOOOOH, she can in 10 seconds fill her special bar.
And her special does ridiculous damage.
The strongest enemy ships on the game where solo'd by her this way (shoot a bit, fire special, over).
In the final map, she cleared the shout side on her own.
For comparison, Kung Fu Fighter did about 50% health damage on the same ship, and her normal shooting till it filled up did nowhere near close damage.

She may be slow, but she is nigh impossible to be shot down and can kill everything quickly.

Generally, all SUPER HAPPY girls are hard to shoot down and do good damage, but you still need to send them in pairs to do shit fast, while Forte solos easily.
