For me, there's that seemingly well fortified wall in the fact that she is one of the first people to die in EP1 and 2, the games where things seem to go pretty cleanly for the culprit, very precise.

3 and 4 are chaotic and messy, and she lives fairly long in both of those.

I'm of the belief she is some kind of anti-culprit, and possibly kills people who she suspects, or knows is involved in the masterminds plans.

I've gotta agree that Kyrie being the culprit does seem like a red herring. If she's been this persistent for 18 years, while giving birth to two children, and dealing with the aftermath; she's the best culprit ever.

If you believe that Nanjo's murderer at the end of EP3 was indeed Kyrie, it takes her off the culprit list after you can reason the 'whydunnit'.

Shannon, putting aside all her possible connections (Beatrice or Kanon), also has a large amount of unexplained activities,

From episode 4 alone, we clearly see Kyrie and Jessica troll Battler.

I am of the opinion that Kyrie is the "inside man" for the adults, and Jessica is the "inside man" for the cousins.

They clearly seem to be working together in episode 4, at the very least. And Jessica flips out in episode 3, after Kyrie dies, blaming Eva randomly.

I can't dismiss Kyrie, Jessica, or Rosa from suspicion, I suppose, and I think the first two are working together.

Agreed with multiple culprits. But from EP2, I got the impression that someone else had their own plan and someone else is exploiting it. EP2's Beatrice probably had shown the adults the gold, and with the exception of Rosa, they all accepted her as a witch.And then someone else decided to kill them. (Rosa probably didn't want to speak up because she was afraid of being suspected as the culprit.)

The only problem I see with Jessica is that she's in Battler's scope of vision a majority of the time.
EP1: She accuses Maria and Kumasawa most of the time and then regrets it.
EP2: She doesn't cast any suspicion on Rosa, or any of the servants, and blames it on the Beatrice.
EP3: She blames Eva.
EP4: I can't remember if she blames Kinzo. But yeah, her statements over the phone along with Kyrie's are questionable. Kyrie asked Battler if Jessica and George are dead, which seems strange if she's being shot at.
