Dunno? The small, cramped terrain should work as a double-edged sword for Akiha against someone fast, mobile and fairly skilled. Akiha's profile also mentions that she's weak against 零距離射撃. so I don't think Ciel was out of her depth, since she's pretty versatile and perfectly able to adapt her fighting style whatever the terrain and opponents. Based on Neco-Arc's statement and the hype so far, I'm more inclined to believe that she really managed to kick Ciel's ass with little, if any, difficulty.

This is the bad ending that takes place during Day 10 of Ciel's route, I think it was the third one? It's not actually stated in this particular ending what happened or if it was even Akiha, but it was clarified later in MBTL that the story about Akiha kicking Ciel's ass was true.

I think Arc did the same thing in both these instances; texture creation. Top one is just an explicitly higher scale version of the bottom one. Even in the Melty Blood version it was later revealed Arc created not just the Moon but even the dead humanity in the future since Dust extracted that future when Arc summoned the red moon.

I think it's peculiar how he constantly reminds people of his stamina and the end. It's as if he wants to say he wants to keep it going for those who fill his pockets but even that has a limit so don't forget. He's always talking about the end of the world, the feeling of loss, etc and it's obvious in the game writing even. You can clearly only have interest in the same thing for so long. Not just as a player(as implied about having to introduce new things) but as a writer.

For Tsukihime world I only see 3 series aside from VN and it's adaptations. Melty which expands VN and it's characters specifically without going outside the city. Executor Shiki spinoff which will talk about whole "world of darkness" business, especially the Church. And finally Tsukihime 2 which will be grand finale and brings out the big guns. Foundations of Tsukihime world, Dark Six, CM return and all that stuff

You can make that kind of money with one or two garbage tier events. It's just a difference in monetization. So while it is reassuring there is a base to build on for other stuff, it's mostly passion projects and I guess building something to fall back on when the ship eventually sinks.

No, it's explicitly a 30 kilometer diameter wall. Chromclay's version had the ability to isolate the inside from the outside world akin to Avalon. Ciel's version doesn't have that feature, but instead she can alter the space inside the walls, something Chromclay couldn't do.
