Are you pherhaps talking about picrel? If so it's from an AV by Sakura Kikaku (さくら企画), a pretty legendary AV company known for their pretty ballsy exhibitionism. Don't know the exact code of the akihabara video, but search for さくら企画 and mpd on most porn sites and it will probably come up pretty quickly. I think the actress' AV name was Chii.
