First of all don't panic. If someone managed to get this game working on (64-bit) Vista then it should be able to work on XP and 7. Windows XP, as you know holds the lion share of the market. And RPG maker has historically been in favor of XP.

It works fine for me. Did you follow these instructions *properly? http://www.animea.net/forums/f15/atlas-agth-tutorial-23984/

It only takes 10 minutes at best to set it up. This was my first time using atlas yet I got it to work with a few clicks.

Why do you have agth.exe extracted to the c: directory? Delete that and make sure it's in the c:/agth/ directory. Also, try renaming the folder to lowercase characters.

The game itself with apolcale. The RPGmaker simple straight forward install. Japanese files patch through the RPG2000RTP with applocale. I have atlas working. agth is sitting as it should with both the exe and dll.

Step 3. Unzip game to desktop
Step 4. Run Exe file in the game folder.

It's like any other RPG maker game, most of the text is images and templates and .txt files, so it shouldn't be that hard to make a full translation, as long as no really major updates come out in the near future.
