Do you believe that ZUN will ever create a touhou more powerful than Yukari? If so, when, and what will they look like and what will their power be? Would this character just be Dark Yukari? Will he save this touhou to be the absolute final boss of the series, which all the other touhous must combine the power of love to defeat?

And don't give me that Yuka > Yukari shit. Nobody actually believes that. Shikieki maybe, but not Yuka.

Touhous have this thing where they hide their power levels. Like Yuugi being only a stage 4 when she's comparable to Suika's power. Or Aya, or Alice. Some are more powerful in certain situations (Keine on a full moon, Patchouli when she's not hacking her lungs out), etc. Power levels matter nothing when a single moment's loss of concentration could lose a battle.

Basically, on a good day even Cirno can beat Yukari.

I think character like that is already made.

So Touhou 19 will be the last one he makes, most likelya character has been planned already to end the series with boom. ZUN has been detailing that character, danmaku patterns and refining music for all these years.

It will be so beautiful & intense, that everyone playing against that final boss will be instantly driven insane by the incomprehensible awesomeness.

Oh, but that character is not as powerful as Yukari. Yukari will be the final Extra Stage boss, ripping whole Gensokyo apart and going full power. Yukari will be designed to be impossible to beat in the game, but ZUN doesn't reveal that.

If someone manages to beat Yukari in that game somehow due miniscule glitch or something, the fabric of time and space will be destroyed IRL and Yukari will materialize.
