I'd say you've done a shit job lurking if you think that this thread is dominated by those who sing with a model, to the extent I was first questioning if this was bait. Maybe half the music I post here is sang by someone with a model. Most posters here enjoy vsingers with a model, sure, but this thread exists specifically so that it is not a requirement. It also serves as a stealth jp music thread, since there is nowhere else on this website to discuss bands like ZUTOMAYO and the like.
You don't have to deal with getting removed for off topic posting, having to spoiler tag artists like Yukimura, nor trying to force your discussion to revolve around vtubing when it is unrelated. Talking about posts like "Does anyone wish vtubers would release more songs like [x]" or "I hope that song [x] gets covered by my favorite vtuber." Nobody here will hit you with the "not a vtuber."
I only care about the music, and vtubers have just become the new medium for singing the same type of music I was already listening to a decade ago. What I'm trying to say is that I really don't care about whether a singer is a vtuber or not. I don't really care about vtubers at all.

I always have the thread open when it is up, but its basically this. I'll push for singers there like Ichiko Aoba, but some popular artists there like Seiko or wakusei abnormal are just not for me. I don't really have a better way to say it than, those threads tend to also be focused on less "weeby" music. I have found good music in those threads, but on average, I much more prefer the links posted here. That being said, we both don't like idolshit, and we probably have more overlap with that thread than any other ones. I'd also include the vocaloid thread there. This thread and vocaloid thread post same type of music but the big difference is this thread is focused on human singers and theirs is for vocaloid singers.

Shipping cost basically doubled but the yen decreased a lot against the dollar, so it only actually increased about 50%.
The best way to use Tenso is to consolidate multiple shipments at their warehouse and that way it makes the shipping per item pretty cheap. Provided of course you actually want everything you are ordering.

There is a limit to consolidation when you have too many orders. If the packages are too big or heavy the shipping costs may explode exponentially.
If the package's content is over 150€ you get taxed even more and have to spend time in their administration to declare everything.
A few years ago there was no tax on goods under 25€ and I could directly order everything with a low shipping cost.
Now everything is taxed starting from the first euro with an extra 6€ tax surcharge while taxing even the shipping costs and this tax is the only tax going directly to fund the EU dictatorship.
I hate the EU so much it's unreal...

This song was released 4 years ago and yet Kasuka was able to deliver the cleanest scream that I've ever heard from a vtuber so far. Not many vtubers, at least the ones that I watch can scream without cracking their voice and even then, it's not as clean as Kasuka's scream in this music video. USA has an exemption on all personal goods (not for resale) under $2,500. I'm not sure how strict your country is on tariff codes, but generally you can fudge the declared values and codes a bit as long as they are for personal use. I'm a bit surprised tariff codes are required for you, since that's really supposed to be a commercial thing. I'd figure out a few tariff codes that you can use and just stick to them. For example, items that can resemble toys going under 9503. YMMV.

It seems the EU thinks that someone ordering something from outside is doing it commercially.
I remember when I had to go do the declaration manually for imported nendoroids years ago.
The amount of effort required to do the importing process is so high everyone gives up and only the commercial part remains, but they still find ways to make it worse...

Before I realized that it was not actually a requirement for me to label my shipments with HTS codes, I was just putting 9503 on my shipments. I'd try to do some research on your specific country (or EU, if it is all treated the same way).

The reason I can't give proper advice is because if the EU will actually tax you on this shit, I'm not sure if they are applying different rates to different items, so they may require a more specific declaration. In most first world countries, not filling in tariffs correctly won't result in them taking your stuff. It would just cause a delay and they may assess taxes on you in some other way.

On Tenso you should be able to manually change the cost of your items even if it doesn't match the cost on the invoice. At least I've done this before and they've never asked me about it. You may have better results just decreasing the value of your items before they even ship. I can't speak for you, but the average package I receive from Japan doesn't look like it is holding particularly valuable items.

It's nice to have the ability to define the price of the products because the invoice does not necessarily fit with the price of the product delivered when there is downloadable content or it's coming from crowdfunding.
The main problem is not the cost of the items, but the pain of having administrative issues.
The funny thing is tenso has an auto fill function when you select the item description but it is incorrect in some cases.
Music CDs gets the auto filled code 920810 which is for Musical boxes like a musical instrument instead of 852349.

This is unironically the advice for those who have a passion to keep a lower effort wage slave job for stability, in order to have the motivation for your passion without the fear of failure and money creating mindset issues.
Einstein solved gravity while working in a patent office.
The other advice is to do it fully with your remaining time, and not to get distracted by normal average life things.
Most people will use the week end to stop thinking about their work, but if you use that time to build your business miracles will happen.

It's funny because I did the same thing and reached semi retirement around the same time.
But that exposed other issues in my case she may be facing too.
Once your passion becomes your work, you may go overboard and only keep doing it full time 7/7 by replacing your previous job with it while keeping the previous week end night activity too.
This is a different kind of hell because you have no vacation despite not having a wage slave job and may cause a burnout...
I suspect nayuta is experiencing this situation right now because she doesn't know how to use her time differently.

However she may still need to learn to relax a bit and find a different hobby to not be all in one activity.

As a wage slave you don't have to work more than 3 hours effectively but you have clear defined limits which make life easier.
Once free you have to define those limits for yourself.

HACHI touched her ear 12 times during the Close to Heart Live Tour in Tokyo. Interestingly enough, 7 of those 12 times were during the MC sections. She seems to have decreased her TPM (touches per minute) by over 90%. For example, the 2nd live and the special live with Ruri were at 105 touches and 97 touches respectively. It's especially weird that most of the touches were during MC sections this time, as this was a small fraction of the VOD, and previously she has had no problem avoiding the touches during these sections.
