I bought a tenga flip white back in june or so. It's my first ona type product. I do like it, but it started to turn yellow. I started cleaning and drying it better, but apparently that wasn't enough. Last week I noticed some mildew looking stuff on the inside of the hard plastic shell (enclosed in TPU so it can't be reached to be scrubbed).

I've been soaking the sleeve in hydrogen peroxide, which holy shit did that bubble like crazy. Surprisingly the original clear color of the sleeve returned, but it isn't possible to scrub off all the mildew due to being unreachable. I'm still soaking it in peroxide during the day in the hopes it will somehow dissolve it off.

Are TPE sleeves just not very durable at all? I normally would clean it in the shower and pat it dry every morning, and I typically use it once a day at night before sleeping. Certainly it isn't expected to clean them vigorously the second you're done?

Yes. Not too much though because like onaholes if you wash them too much and use harsh chemicals like soaps it will prematurely break down the material. When rinsing onaholes in a bucket just use a sliver of soap and mix it in the bucket. Water cleans pretty good by itself already. Gently slide your finger into the hole and pull out the seven, but once it gets hard to move the finger in and out STOP IMMEDIATELY or you will damage it. As for sheets, I'd get then off the bed three times a year or so. I always do mine at the end of summer because the heat is going away which means less sweat. Yes, it's probably the most recommended method.
Get at minimum 1-2x the volume of your lube at 90-99C and make sure the lube is submerged as fully as possible. I find mason jars are better for this task. The surface you apply it on and air are going to dissipate a lot of heat so don't worry about it being too hot. The water is going to even out with the lube quickly and it'll drop to too cold before you know it.
You should also consider warming your bowl a little as it'll leech heat. I microwave my jar with a little water inside and it helps keep the water hot instead of cooling when I pour it in.
There's no perfect timing, just get it warming 5 minutes before you use it. Use more hot water if you want it to stay warm longer.
