Heresphere should handle them just fine. IDK if it recognizes all filename suffixes or not, but you can try "_fisheye" "_F180" or "180F" to see if any will automatically make it switch to 180 degree side by side fisheye projection - otherwise you just have to switch from equirectangular to fisheye. I know XBVR will pick up the last two for sure. 99% sure CRYSTAL did not use any weird lenses/if they did, they already properly corrected for it on the export, so you don't need to fuck with the lens settings.
For the older Crystal stuff, I'm pretty sure pirates would default to their version because FANZA was releasing them 2-3 weeks later.

I, big emphasis on I - would. But would you? lol. Sometimes they're twice the size. If you're going to beat them with the heathen stick anyways kek, then of course, start with the highest quality source, that's the golden rule of transcodin thangs anyways.
Note: some of the even older ones only have 3200x1600 fisheye files in the wild or perhaps there was no 4K version at Afesta at all - like CRVR-112. When I checked FANZA it was "UHQ" 2160p. Bitrate's lower, but ain't nobody need a fuckin 40 Mbps 1600p file...

Finding themselves enamoured by JAV and their lifestyle supplemented by various devices such as virtual reality and sex toys, they do not cast aside relationships for the perception that their desired partners are unattainable but rather for the ever-growing commitment to a lifestyle which few partners would understand, let alone tolerate or approve of. You mean release schedules or what all the HAISHIN/HATSUBAI stuff? The FAQ explains it kinda but also some of it is outdated. I want to eventually make a really clear reference (maybe on rentry) but for now, maybe this might be interesting/helpful :

配信 ("haishin") relates to digital distribution. While it doesn't explicitly reference "digital" and means transmission in a more general sense, the "digital" aspect is implied. In the context of JAV, this is usually a few days before the official release but not always; it depends on the studio. this is also why you will generally see torrents for new releases appear earlier than the official release date from the larger studios.

発売 ("hatsubai") relates to official release date and in practice this means the date you'll actually see the movie available and physically for sale in an actual physical shop.

Most studios have their hatsubai day on Tuesdays. Most of the larger (DMM/Hokuto/CA-owned/affiliated) studios like Madonna, Moodyz etc in turn have their Haishin day on the Friday prior. Some (usually smaller) studios offer both digital and physical versions on the same day which means no Haishin-Hatsubai gap.

When sirs talk about Haishin day, the implication is that fresh new movies are out digitally and, by extension/association, become available through piracy. Some have historically referred to this as releases being "out early" or, mistakenly, as "early leaks". Haishin and Hatsubai aren't used exclusively in a JAV context and can be seen in video games, music, etc.

Another thing to consider is 新作情報解禁 ("shinsakujōhōkaikin" lit. "new work information ban-lifting") which refers to advance previews. Most of the larger studios will make these available exactly 1 calendar month prior to release accompanying the HATSUBAI of the previous batch though smaller studios might only make them available 2 weeks prior to release.
