Kaguya is rather human, the most human of all Eientei residents, yet still carries a touch of otherworldliness, that lunarian 'lack of common sense'. She's technically ancient, yet has little true life experience, being sheltered first at Moon, then in Eientei stasis bubble for millennia, which puts her on a comparable level to a human and makes relationship as equals possible - compare that to millennia-old abominations like Eirin, or Tewi, or many other youkai, to which we would be amusing children at the very best. Neetguya, of course, is a stupid fanon meme, but Kaguya, again, is a sheltered noble girl, unfamiliar with travails of life, which for me, and possibly with many other /jp/anons is kind of relatable. And further she's likely well-read and interesting person to be with.
Her beauty is only icing on a cake really, cementing our princess as one of most romantically attractive 2hus.
