This is weird actually. The spider line and distortions makes you think it might be related to the alien spider DA. Though the city waking up after Arc is defeated and everyone being stored is obviously because of her. No, there exists barriers between worlds so the summoning shouldn't occur regardless. Also CM should always technically exist since Arc and the IB still exist anyway even if Ciel is holding them. You'd probably have to erase them outright via Shiki. When Ciel pops them she loses some of her humanity so she might end up vampirizing down the line I guess? If she keeps taking them in.

Maybe she met him during one of the hunts and so we can see a story about the forest in remake. Mio has nothing to do with you dying in that bad end. In fact when you get to the mansion and the dead show up the corpse of the panther is thrown in front of Shiki, implying Vlov followed Shiki to the mansion and killed Mio on the way.
There is another bad end where Shiki kills Arc in the backalley again and he loses his mind, then Mio kills him as mercy.
