In terms of /jp/ culture, I would say Heisei, mainly due to quantity produced and popularity of aesthetics & tropes. Reiwa Era is still relatively recent, and 99% of its anime, manga, movies and games are being made by people who grew up in the Heisei Era, directed to an audiency of which majority of members also grew up and had its tastes formed during the Heisei Era.
