Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

You seem to be translating a .txt file (供養.txt), it's not active dialogue. Moreover, the comment you translated at the top actually says "あなたが挿入と勘違いしていたので死に口上に”, which means the author mistook the target of insertion and thus this is "dead dialogue".

You're missing a bunch of Japanese in the dialogue between the unicode hearts, you need to read each line more carefully.

There's lots of errors with diction, tense, and subject/object. Not necessarily to the point it couldn't be understood and revised by someone else, but it will require a thorough review and probably editing of almost every single line. If the reviewer isn't able to compare to the original Japanese, they will likely propagate misinterpretations and/or mistranslations. Not that existing MTL edited dialogue probably isn't already rife with them, so as long as the typical player doesn't notice, whatever I guess.

I'm too busy to review 25k lines myself or whatever the fuck Hatate is up to now, but good luck. Don't forget to actually try running the game with your translation to see if you broke things.

Firstly, if you're looking for input, especially once you get to actual dialogue translation and not just these assorted grunts and groans, you should probably comment out the original JP you are translating from for comparison. Secondly, you really need to give your tl at least a little proofread beforehand. Certain things like line 250, 268, 1082 not being capitalized, the double and half spacing on some of the punctuation, and translating the kanji in their name all need work.

As an example, do not rely on auto-translations for names. 紫 is Yukari, not Murasaki. Also, reread the lines and make sure the tense is correct. If what the translator gave you does not make sense, try it again from a different angle until you can make sense of it.
