Mizuki was the best route. Aeka was alright, but in the end, all you ended up doing was running away from your problems...TOGETHER! Drop out of school and move, yeah, great idea Kouhei. How you gonna pay for that baby, son?

Nekoko was so much bullshit. "Let's get keyed and trip balls around town until we find my delusions, and you can fuck me in the ass every once in a while when I need a mana recharge." At least the climax and ending were good, but I couldn't stand Nekoko when she was doped up.

Mizuki is a girl with problems giving a damn about things and considering risks, so you fall in love with her, and she realizes those risks apply to you as well, and you work together(albeit failed and awkwardly) to help her walk towards being more mindful of consequences and the effect she has on others. The icing on her cake of self-realization was pregnancy.

Maybe I was just looking for believable solutions, but Aeka's ending just couldn't work out, and the route was filled with pity sex, and Nekoko was again, fulla bullshit. Mizuki's was a meaningful relationship full of hardships that you endured together, with fewer loose ends than Aeka's.

tl;dr: Liked Aeka, hated Nekoko, loved Mizuki.

You can still help her on some of the more important notes and if you do the end result is that she is thankful and she realizes that there are still nice people in the world yet she can't stand the bullies so she will end up jumping, which is sad, but she also manages to get by without much unneccesary harm and it was still enough to put the bullies in their place, making them realiing that ignoring her might be for the best.
Not the nicest outcome perhaps but I believe that I could find it barely acceptable. And nekeko ends up drugging herself to death otherwise and that isn't that nice either, she was a good girl with much problems as well.

Mizuki is however a sad whore or something that can't take life seriously until she drives your and her life to shit with sex and drugs, and her "interpersonal" problem is just basically that she have problems taking relationships and most other stuff seriously. She has far more ero scenes than the other heroines, her route feels more like a generic sex-romp followed by obvious drama from not taking anything seriously ntil the end.
YMK could have been better without her, it makes it look like an unserious sex-romp as she doesn't take things seriously and has the earliest possible ero-scene(and the most)

That was Kouhei and Aeka's temporary release. Kouhei said it himself: the next day Nanjou will immediately latch on again, which is why they even drop out of school to begin with.
