So I tried to use the editorashi patch for Higurashi, but it doesn't seem to be working. I put all the files in the higurashiwhentheycry folder, but I'm still getting Haos.
The music patch doesn't seem to work either...
What am I doing wrong?
Oh, the menu patch works though.

All of that was fake. We weren't really working. We were just trolling you.

As you can tell from the replies Anonix OS isn't well liked around here, I suggest you ask on Rechan.

Ar eyou sure the files have been correctly moved?
check if they're actually in the game folder
also not the folder the actual wata_001 for example has to be in the main folder

This is what my folder looks like. What's wrong?

Also having this problem.
Halp?

>> No.4386565

check if you have the wav folder

>> No.4386568

>>4386565
I don't.
The only folder in the directory is UserData, everything else is loose files.

>> No.4386573

>>4386568
then you need the wav folder, that's for the music
download it from tweaking higurashi
about the script....

>> No.4386577

>>4386573
check you have all of them, from oni to hima

>> No.4386580

I have the music thing from them, but it didn't extract into any wav folder.
What about the script?

>> No.4386584

And, yes I do.

>> No.4386585

>>4386580
what did it extract then?

>> No.4386592

>>4386585
Just the loose music files...
But I don't even care too much about the music, I just want the script fixed...

>> No.4386597

I'm having the same problems as this Anon.

>> No.4386603

>>4386592
OK, here is the thing, the hao thing was kept as it was, don't ask me why, they said it sounded the same so no problem
you should really check for the music files, wait 5 mins for that till I check it

>> No.4386605

>>4386603
The Hao thing wouldn't have been kept as that was a major issue...

>> No.4386607

>>4386603
also check the thread from editorashi under this one, sompare if the translations from the beginning from onikakushi match

>> No.4386610

Also, putting the songs in a wav folder seems to have fixed it.
Would I have had to do anything like this for the sound folder?

>> No.4386613

>>4386605
just checked the editorashi interface, it's kept as hao in the modifications too, that's why I told you so

>> No.4386617

>>4386613
Oh... thats weird...

>> No.4386619

>>4386610
you mean the SEs? (like strong sounds and cicadas), just check if you hear one when pressing start

>> No.4386630

also, regarding the music, the files should be in the normal folder, the wav folder contains other ones
so you should try to re-download at least that folder, or re-extract if you still have it
just putting them in wav will add those, while not adding the rest

>> No.4386646

1-Sorry, you have to rename it to wa, not wav, that was my fault
2-This folder has like 46 tracks, so you actually need it

>> No.4386683

>>4386619
I don't hear one when opening the menu...
Gah, could you just tell me what the folder should be like?

>> No.4386707

God dammit, can someone who speaks English help me?
