IIRC it was stated in FGO the wandering sea takes disciples every once in a while, which obviously can't happen if it's always removed from the world.
Also worth noting in the scene in question Roa found the wandering sea for Nrvnqsr, since Nrvnqsr was surprised his workshop was intact after 800 years, he wasn't there since then.

Roa did ask Nrvnqsr to use the spell he taught to catch someone. Sort of makes me wonder if Nrvnqsr was in Tsukihime and Arc defeated him off-screen. It's kinda weird because Arc off-handedly mentions her resistance to death was lower than normal when Shiki killed her because she had just finished a "big job", the only job I could possibly think of that she could consider "big" is fighting a DAA. I am not even the huge fan of Ciel, although she is certainly cute and I enjoyed her fighting Arcshit and Vlov. I just really hate Arcueid with passion, she is just absurdly bad character who infected my favourite game and is overpowered in gameplay so you're FORCED to use her, which is bad thing.

But yes people should stop cope trying pretend that gacha is bad. Gacha literally won both free market capitalism (Japan) and communist party (China), that's how good and modern the concept gacha is.

I tried playing the first Extella game and I bounced off, and I'm someone who likes musou games. The basic gameplay is fine but I hated how to conquer even the tiniest territory you have to mulch mooks for 10 minutes to make the officers pop out and then kill at least 3-4 officers, how the maps are structured, and lots of little QoL stuff.
Is Extella Link better? How does it compare to other "moderni" musou like Orochi 3 or Pirate Warriors 4? All I've heard is that it has better gameplay but worse story compared to The Umbral Star.

Who knows how many DAA are in the CG? They pan towards three when listing powers but not for the other three things that occurred. I believe that some of the characters are not necessarily DAA. My headcanon atm is the dude with the top hat is Rozay-en and the females are his daughters while another one is Rita and this is before she becomes a DAA. Roa was talking about inheriting curses in the pre-Ciel reincarnation(14) so I think it could fit.

As for Arach and Roa... I don't know. I assume the fact that they are both sort of dealing with IB inheritance that they are probably connected. While true on paper most of those were off screen fights which we had zero info about how they went and who helped her. Mario counted Vlov as Ciel kill, because she did land the finishing blow and Church propaganda will use it like that, but lets be honest, it was a team effort and she fucked up few times.

I don't really care about someone having their own opinion lets just not pass it as an objective truth. I can't say anything pulled me out of the gravity of the situation or suddenly made me feel like things weren't serious. Shiki died enough times to get that point across. Ciel's risk of a fate worse than death and the world being destroyed along with Arc nearly suiciding. I liked the interactions between Shiki and Roa. It did well to characterize them and give a sense of Shiki not being alone among the nightmare. So when Roa vanished in the end and Shiki has to clean up all alone it added a nice sense of responsibility and agency. Arc is lovable but she's also dangerous since as a Luminary her thoughts have no limiter. They become reality with no filter to temper them. The scene did well to bring everyone's emotions to a head and resolve things.
