Anki can't keep track of how many words you know. It's only a fraction of your vocab unless you've learned everything you know from anki, in which cause a lot of your anki words are probably just memorized readings and you haven't truly acquired some of the words yet. Just experience how much raw audio you understand to truly notice your progress. Listen to something you last listened to already like 3 months ago, and you'll notice how much progress has built up every day
