When you hear the hum, you can safely move to the far top/right of the screen without fear of getting caught by the red laser or the streaming red shots. Then it's just a case of hugging the walls back down to the middle-bottom.

Alternatively, for more graze, you could move to her bottom left when the hum starts and start circling around her as close as you can. Near the end of the second time around, the hum'll start again. You can move straight down the right side of her and get to the bottom safely this way.
