Parsee and Mystia are two characters that I overlooked hard, until I saw some quality fanart, or fandom redesigns, and fell in love with.

In Parsee's case, even when her design is maintained it can look cool, but it depends on the artist's competence.
Her green eyes help a lot to balance the otherwise clashing palette, by being more vibrant than everything else.
