They have pretty good AoE and are fairly strong spell-wise; they seem sorta frail, though.

Generally the game has a really enjoyable feeling of overall depth the first time through and a kind of soothing, relaxed yet fast leveling pace subsequent times.

Open the map. Look how many zones there are.
It may take them a long time to fill it up, but they'll be filling it faster than we can follow it for sure.

Warriors get pretty good party support buffs like hp increase or def increase, and get a lot of direct damage skills, both single target or area, some which have a second effect, like stun, slow or knockdown. They have self buffs and passives to increase attack and hit rate.

It's not completely the defense that makes Paladins so durable, it's that in addition to skills that raise the defense value, they have quite a few defensive skills that either reduce the damage of a number of attack by a percentage or nullify a number of skills outright. Warriors are pretty good at survivability too, If we're only taking armor into account, Warriors and Paladin armors has the same amount of Defense. However the Warrior uses a 2H so they cannot equip shields like the Paladin and lacks the large number of defensive buffs that Paladins have, but Warriors does have a few passive skills and buffs that increase the HP of yourself or your party. On the bright side, Warrior's skills has higher base damage, passives and buffs that increase their damage output by quite a bit and more skills that stun/slow/debuff compared to the paladin (Getting stunned is almost guaranteed death in PVP).

The pvp video looked like it was mostly skirmishing in one area, so a big durable damage class regenerating damage it takes, buffing teammates, and taking away enemy healing power seems like it would always be welcome.

They're both pretty good, Snipers can go invisible and just snipe people since they have one of the highest single hits next to Warlocks. Only counter to invisible is a Cleric spamming a detecting skill as far as I know. Even if someone is attacking you, you can just go invisible and they won't be able to do anything to you unless they have a cleric.

I think that's a problem for every class since you have far more skills you want than the amount of points you're going to have. Luckily this game allows you to reset your whole skill roster for in-game currency. So you will never be completely fucked because you made a single mistake at a low level. It's pretty cheap too since it's only 500 x level + buying all the skills again.

All the Prans gives a passive attack bonus, some are slightly higher than others. The other skills would depend on which Pran you have.

The fire one has a skill that increase attack, a skill that does a small amount of damage to whatever attacks you and the highest HP increase passive skill of the 3.

The water one has a skill that increase defense, a shield that absorbs damage, and the highest MP increase passive skill of the 3.

The wind one has a skill that increase avoid, a skill that reduces the MP usage of skills and a balanced HP and MP increase.

They have a few more skills but those should give you an idea of the differences of them. An account can have 2 Prans and they can be shared by all the characters on the account.

It's a slight annoyance that should be fixed pretty soon, you shouldn't make your decision just on a little bug that even if not fixed during CB2, isn't too big of a problem, just turn off auto attack (not a problem for snipers anyway since they rely on skills for large damage spikes) and don't ram your keys like a maniac and if need be, cast skills using the mouse.

Recovery pots has a slight cooldown. The best non event MP pots in the game only recover a few hundred MP while later skills is going to require high hundreds to over a thousand or two of MP, potting isn't going to be able to keep up with constant use of high level skills so a skill that reduces MP usage by 70% for 40 seconds would allow you to spam a lot more skills.

Paladin seems to be pretty safe from Xtrap. Warlocks on the other hand seems to get fucking raped by him.

I had actually forgotten about the disconnects on my paladin, but when I was playing warlock a bit, I was continuously getting the messages. Tried everything from turning auto-attack off to hitting skills perfectly (1 button press per actual usage), and still got the disconnects.

Someone mentioned the basic attack speed of the class affects this, and paladins have one of the fastest. Not sure how this fits in with turning auto off though.

No one from our team seemed to have issues (or at least issues with a full disconnect). The only saving grace of Xtrap kicking you is that it usually takes a fair while from when the warnings start to when you actually get booted.

Its more like, auto attacking means the attack skill is auto-spammed by the game and when you try to sneak in some skill combos, like stun-challenge, boom, speed hack message.

Though usually I get it when I Divine Strike something from far away, because for some reason, skills in the game take one key press as two. So I most often get the "Skill is still in cool down" along with the speed hack message.

Probably a member of Lust who fought our team in the tourney, actually. The scores of our team vs our competitors were 50-1 and 50-15, thanks to our team's practice and cohesion.

Also entire guild has semi-permanent buffs now, and people who joined earlier will be getting some item rewards just for being members of the guild, even if you haven't played since halfway through the first CB.
