You're missing the point which is Nasu always shoehorns foreshadowing of other series and works in whatever he's publishing (even those he isn't the writer). Roa's plan and schizo ramblings are likely more linked to whatever is the Count going to do in OC than this legendary Arc (true) route because it began to get foreshadowed when they added FGO characters to Lumina.
