I've done all of the mainline games and got a few landmarks on the spinoffs like unlocking Hatate in DS or just beating ISC. Missing STB which i'll get to whenever I feel like it. I'll do it eventually but i'm not that fond of photo games. I'm most proficient in Phantasmagoria games and that's where the bulk of my better achievements are.

I was close to beating PCB few months ago, but haven't really played in a while. Touhou games tilt me really hard, they just aren't for me I guess.

Touhou games give me extreme motion sickness, to the point where playing on normal mode will actually make me dizzy and throw up. I can play easy mode for about half of a game, then I need to pause for a few hours before finishing. Even on easy mode, which makes me somewhat less sick than normal and hard, I still get pretty fucking nauseous. It sucks ass.

I doubt you're a women, but yes actually I did develop motion sickness in my early adulthood after I stopped playing fps for an extended period of time. Its to the point where games like deadspace can get me fucked if I don't take precautions.
Its a matter of training your eyes, its the only way to overcome your motion sickness, simply play more things that get you dizzy till your body gets used to it again.

if by beat you mean reaching to the end then th6 7 and 8. if by beat you mean 1cc then recently i got it on 8 on normal. i am trying to play they all on order before i try lunatic and 1ccs and the 1cc on 8 was a happy accident.

Anytime I play a touhou game I decide "Today I will do a lunatic 1cc on the first try" and then when I die I quit the game and don't play any again for about half a year. (or more)

Twelve so far, along with some fan games.
Since it's two years per game I am taking my time with it, just slowly absorbing all the official works while dabbling with fan content.
It's insane how much stuff is out there. Most people just care about memes or porn and have no idea how deep this rabbit hole is.

I'd suggest cranking up the difficulty as quickly as possible (that is the range which is difficult but not unplayable, this includes which game you're playing).
It's how I got my first lunatic 1cc in a month (hour and a half a day).
2 weeks spent on normal, 4 days on hard, rest of the time delegated to lunatic. (Here is my first ever lunatic clear for credibility)
Additionally it builds fundamental skills that will help you with future patterns that you may never learn on normal (for this think Ringo's nonspells, they'll teach you how to twitch just enough to "change lanes" which will keep you on target with your enemy).
Finally if you're planning to learn with 1 game, avoid the ones with game breaking gimmicks (HSiFS, TD, UM).
