Currently using Evertranslator + DeepL, but oftentimes the OCR misreads or misses characters.

Games can be long, but it's no issue to me since it's a good way to pass time in transports and to make boring tasks less boring at work.
And if you don't want to spend a lot of time on it and just want to complete the daily missions, 3/4 of the dailies can be done in less than 5 minutes, and a dummy game (just winning the Make Debut race and losing the next objective) to complete the last ones can be done quickly too, especially with the Make a New Track story which allows you to lose on purpose easily by the end of the Junior year.

The whole point is capitalizing on your previously trained umas when training a new one to get stat bonuses and skills that'll allow you to make even strronger umas.Managing filiation is very important and is what allows you to progress in the game.

The next collab in Compass will be Danmachi again - this time Bell Cranel is being added as a new sprinter after maintenance tomorrow.

Bell boasts high damage and decent survivability stats. His hero action is a sprint/dash attack - the range on these attacks is significantly longer than other sprinters + landing a hit charges up his hero skill gauge.
His hero ability simply charges his hero skill gauge when he is near Aiz, friend or foe.
His hero skill is a quick charge forward that deals medium damage to enemies and breaks their shields

There will also be two new UR cards and Hestia costumes for Lovey, Maria, Jeanne, Pororotcho, Noho and Stellea. Bell himself has a total of 5 costumes.
I imagine that Ais will also be available along with the costumes and cards from her implementation.

April's season will be themed on Atari and don't forget that it is April Fools' Day soon, so that's another batch of Compass Gakuen costumes.

Compass has updated and the Danmachi collab is available until the 16th.

There are two card gachas available: Both give the same SR cards, but the first only has the new UR cards in the pool and the second only has the previous UR cards.

There are also three hero banners to roll on - the first one will give you either Bell or the new costumes, the second one will give you either Aiz or the old costumes and the third one will give you the new costumes only - this requires special event tickets that can be obtained from missions by winning 5/10/15 ranked matches (for a total of 30 wins).

As for the new cards, the green UR one creates a small area around yourself that lingers for 9 seconds. The moment you touch an enemy, the ring will dispel and the enemy will be stunned for 4 seconds.
The red UR is a close range card that does a fixed 50% lifesteal of the enemy's current health - it cannot do more or less damage due to attack/defence values and it also goes through shields.

As for hero balancing:
Novice Hero:

Endgame content draught at first. Game launched in October or something and they only added the first High Dragon Trial (ie one Wind element fight) in December, and the Fire element one in February. There was also only one difficulty so casual players completely missed out.
Then the CyberAgent CEO personally doomposted the game on his blog saying the revenue from Dragalia was not as high as expected to support then newly launched AbemaTV.
Around June the game was completely transfered from Cygames to one of the subsidiaries. Then they started to overhaul the game, and tried to fix the endgame problem with a huge weapon crafting system and multiple tiers of said Trials, but revenue-wise it never recovered.
They stopped voicing SSR character stories unannounced in December, and some of the newer types of mini events. They also can't renew DAOKO and Liyuu anymore but compemsated with other random artists.
After another year they finally added Sparking/Safety net, but gutted the gem income by 40%. After another year the shutdown is announced.
For me personally, the two big problems are autistic action 4-person co-op on phone (Dark Souls of gacha lol), mostly mitigated with said overhaul, and fucking males. The first Zodiac character was a male, unheard of in Granblue. And some time before I quitted, a black man (black samurai attendant of said Zodiac) as the big Valentine character.
