The literal events of Fate (one route of FSN, Fate/Zero, FsF), KnK, Case Files, Mahoyo, and Tsukihime could all happen in the same timeline and nothing that happened in either work would lock out the others.

We know for a fact Ancestors (the rank) doesn't exist in Fate as per El-Melloi. The greatest rank DA can reach in Fate worlds is rank VII (known as Greater DA in Tsukihime). In Tsukihime Remake you have two more ranks, Successors (rank VIII) and actual Ancestors (rank IX).

The anon means that Artoria Avalon is Super Excalibur from the Lostworld where Faeries were the prima species over humanity (deinos counted as humanity).
LB6 infodumped a bunch of stuff of why Arc was getting fucked if she went against her purpose with her power in TsukiRE, by studying the fairies and elemental lore. Excalibur, which Arc recognizes as a 'cousin', was forged by six of the planet's organs giving up their lives for it on normal timeline. Those are called great mother faeries class a reis or subbells. We don't know which ones specifically, the original six who skipped job and regretted it were contained on the literal bells of LB6, but some of their descendants (which are new manifestations of themselves) are the current clan leaders which include Mebd faerie (Mab was the original), Aurora, Sakuraface fairy, and a cool looking badass wolfman (who is the only one we have idea which organ is: he's the 'heat organ of the planet'). Each has a different purpose like Archetype Earth is the memories of the planet.

Morgan is among the great mothers, the versions of her (and "Artoria") were a seventh dispatched to be the material of that Holy Sword, that's why is called the greatest, since is the original Excalibur material+1 more. There are as far we know 3 Excaliburs and only one is sentient/sapient as Artoria Avalon, the embodiment of alls holy swords and supreme holy sword, and a special guardian. FSN Artoria's Excalibur seems to be made for alien threats specialization while Proto Arthur for Beast VI (the city eater) specialization. Like they are strong weapons, but are unbeatable in that area. Artoria Avalon is an all-purpose guardian and the nemesis of the Abyssmal Insect.
