She's beautiful, she can give strong children who'll be even stronger with shrine maiden training. Due to her being a powerful figure in Gensokyo you'll be safe and maybe she'll train you how to make charms to keep yourself and the shrine safe. She's great

I think she chronically procrastinates because she feels buried under feelings of financial precarity and her role in Gensokyo as a political linchpin where she usually gets less assistance in dealing with matters than she needs. I think with more stability and family to depend on she would be easily able to handle marriage and children.

Yukari is basically Reimu's mom anyway. Because she gives her enough to live off of in donations, she never gets any motivation to improve - Yukari's spoiled her and she expects you to keep her in the comfort in which she's accustomed to.
