I kind of don't really want to start with Chiru until all 4 are out (I do this with anime too, not watching a series until it's already over).

I would suggest you read EP5. Grab some clues from some theories here and there. If you know Japanese, have a go at the epitaph.
Afterwards, don't read or pay attention to anything else, unless you think your own theory is outright retarded.

Genji might have something to do with the letter. In EP 1 and 2, the family receives a very well written letter from "Beatrice". Very intricate. In EP 3, Genji dies, and the letter is written very simply and to the point. In EP 4, Genji dies and the letter isn't written at all. In EP 5, same thing. No idea on EP 6, can't read moonrunes, but up to that point at least, it seems plausible that he had something to do with it.

Well, who sets the limits on how many threads are created?
The Umineko fanbase is not a hivemind, and different threads will be posted with different topics at different times. Kinda like how many Touhou threads are up at a time. Some people talk about genderbent Battler, some talk about the game, and some talk about shipperfagging, even.

I'd suggest just hiding the threads if they bother you so much, because the Umineko fanbase is not a collective.

Kanon is attacked in the boiler room
He's then moved to the servants room with jessica and nanjo
There knon tells jessica that kumasawa attacked him
jessica takes advantage and tells him the servants are working under natsuhi to kill everybody
Proposes kanon to kill them by pretending to be dead

then they go out and Kanon kills genji, kumasawa and nanjo. after that he kills natsuhi, Jessica wins
I prefer jessica manipulating Shkanon than the inverse

What's REALLY important, is how Shkanodhasawajitrice is the culprit. Honestly, Genji + accomplices looks to be the most likely scenario to me. Genji is Kinzo's closest friend and attendant, he probably has access to either the gold, or Kinzo's personal funds, and considering Kinzo hates the fuck out of his kids, it's not too hard to imagine Genji being told to try them in a horrific manner before his impending death. He probably knew he was dying quite soon before commissioning that painting and putting the epitaph up.

That's the thing though, Kinzo is an insane, dying genius. And Genji is practically a fucking robot. Kinzo could just tell Genji to do whatever. My personal idea was based on the conditions of the first Twilight in each game. Putting aside 3, and Chiru, since 6 is bullshit, and 5 is something entirely different... 3 of the siblings die each time. And in 3, the one time they don't, all of the servants and 'Kinzo' are killed. Coupled together with episode 2, it seems like Genji approaches a sibling, and works with them to perpetrate the 1st Twilight, with bribes of gold, the inheritance, whatever. He's probably packing the Head's Ring.

Though really, it's just a wild guess. I like it because it explains how the chapel in episode 2 works pretty easily (Rosa creates the 'closed room'), as well as Rosa's absolute surety that the servants are involved.

That's what I'm thinking for most episodes. Like episode 1 would be Eva, who is killed quite quickly after being used to remove the 'threats', people like Kyrie, and Rudolf, who are both killed pretty damn often in the first Twilight.

Rosa poisoning (or more accurately, drugging) the parents is an easy idea to swallow as well, since in episode 5, a conclusion I came up with was that Rosa was being used by 'someone' to do herself and the cousins up in some makeup and drug all of them to appear dead, to fit in all that asinine red truth.

Honestly, I think that Rosa's pretty damn clever, and isolates herself from the servants and clearly suspects them after the first Twilight, confiscates the keys, and tries to play it safe after the first Twilight. She really doesn't care about Battler/George, hence why in her paranoia, she boots Battler out at the end over that letter.

A problem I have with accepting Jessica as the culprit is Episode 2's flashback with her at school where, unless she's just trolling everyone at the school, she exhibits genuine happiness around her friends. I don't see why she'd jeopardize her time at school for the sake of inheriting a fortune she doesn't care about.

I don't put too much stock in the end of episode 2, it's just a 'whatever'.

And honestly, the only thing Rosa cares a lot about is Maria. And Maria was in the guest house. Even if it's not ALL the servants, if Genji would just implicate that a servant at the guest house could get to Maria before Rosa could over at the mansion, she'd probably be a bit more amenable to whatever until she could get her hands on Maria. And Eva/Krauss seem like they might just go with it to remove competitors. Rudolf... Is a question mark. Going by my theory, the only possible response that could've been his was just killing all the servants back, and breaking into the parlor and placing the key to create the closed room chain by himself, or something along those lines.
