Shkanon is over isn't it? why are people talking like it isn't? It was denied in episode 5...
Both Battler and Erika are present, and its after Bern declares Erika as the detective in red, so there's no argument of "there's no detective yet"

The only reasoning behind Shkanon was that Shannon and Kanon were never in the same room together when detective Battler was present, cept for the possibly fake "dead shannon" of ep1

Shannon and Kanon exist as separate people at the start of every game; whether they cross-dress after one of them dies (making it seem like they're both alive when one of them has died earlier) has always been a possibility.

You're a fucking idiot, Op.

Battler never sees Kanon and Shanon together.
George never talks with Kanon.
In Ep1 Kanon says his duty is to watch Shannon.
Battler never sees Kanon's death body.

Both Kanon and Shannon can see Beatrice in Ep2
Virgilia's line: "Shannon and Kanon were originally a furniture pair."

Talks about creating different personalities in Ep1, Ep2, the whole Ep3 is about a supposed different personality of Eva.
There are only 16 persons in Rokkenjima.
The whole game is filled with Shanon= Kanon clues.

>endorsing Shkanontrice
Three counts against you, buddy.
First off, the Kanon persona came to be because of Jessica. This, in addition to the fact that Jessica is the only one who talks about the concepts of personas in the game, provide ample foreshadowing that she'd be capable of doing it. So as odd as forcing a persona on someone seems, just look at Kanon. Second count against you is that there are only two female characters in the game described as inelegant. I'll leave you to guess who they are. Finally, the issue of Shkanontrice being redundant for Shannon if she is the creator. Shannon is aware of Beatrice, and subservient to her. This hardly makes any sense. In addition to that, making a persona to love someone is moronic if the memories are not going away(Shannon remembers Battler good and clear). That's like saying OH NO MY HEART CAN NO LONGER LOVE BATTLER, running into a room and dying my hair white, and calling myself Anoonymous, and loving Battler.
Essentially, if one wanted another to love Battler on their behest, it would make much more sense to have another person do so, or at least create a persona that you are unaware of, so to dump the feelings and memories. Creating a persona you are both aware of and that has the feelings and memories is redundant. There is no need to create one.

Actually, there is quite a bit on Battler and Jessica's relationship. It's platonic, of course, but duh, they were 12. Oh, and the issue of the promise being the pony thing which cauese people point to towards Shannon. Shannon tells Battler about the Pony promise(Oddly enough, under prompting by Jessica), so I doubt that'd be the thing she'd want him to remember(What he has to remember he has to do on his own, and Beatrice's actions in episode 4 pretty much confirm this)

And Kanon is irrevocably linked to Jessica, and I'm not talking about RAABU.

And then there is the issue of redundancy. If Shannon created Beatrice to love Battler in her place, I'd accept that, but only if Shannon was unaware. The thing is, she's not. She is aware of the persona, and subservient to it. There is no point to her having one if she herself is the creator. Now, someone like Jessica on the other hand would indeed benefit well from such an arrangement.

Jessica suffers something similar as Shannon. She's like 18, and brilliant enough to orchestrate the murders? But with Shkannon being all but confirmed, Jessica cannot be less than an accomplice.

So unless we have a Kyrie culprit with Jessica and Shkannon accomplice, I'm thinking somehow Jessica is the mastermind.

I hate to say it. But I cannot deny it. Shannon is Kanon. Shannon is the mastermind. It explains all the games, tricks, and closed rooms. Even I thought, before EP6, Kanon was the mastermind since he was the only one who could have done the killings in EP1, but since Kanon is Shannon, she technically did it.

Fuck. It's game over.

And Maria.

There's some things that people tend to not notice too...I'd recommend moon-fags to re-read the ''girlfriend'' talk between Jessica and Battler in EP3. Is it me or is Battler the one who always take conclusions about Jessica loving Kanon?

Its fishy enough to be a trap.

Also another thing that i find strange is that Jessica always find her parents corpses but her parents are dead in the only Episode where her corpse is found earlier. (Also in this episode Kinzo isnt burnt)

There's a catch here.

When someone dies the normal reaction for Umineko characters is:

a) If its your son/daughter/loved one you RUN into him/her ,hug him/her and then proceed to cry in his/hers manboobs/boobs.

b) If the victim doesnt have a father/mom/son/daughter/loved one present, everyone avert their eyes and then Nanjo proceeds with the authopsy.

So, we can assume that the ones most likely to be faking dead somehow would be the ones who Nanjo checks himself. Like jessica in ep2..

Umineko's truth seems to be very complicated.

According to the blog of Sayaka Ohara, who is Beatrice's seiyuu, she was taught the answers by Ryuukishi at last October and it took 2 hours.

We probably aren't able to look forward to one idea explaining everything clearly.
We have to think about everything we have seen and synthesize them all.

The anime OP.

The final judgement shall be delivered
Nobody can escape the sin that flows in their veins

The dark clouds gather to the tune of the rumbling sea
The winds of the tempest begin to ring

The enigmatic words make the witches chuckle
While the banquet of this irregular night repeats

(This hope) Falling towards hell,
(is it a sin?) these golden butterflies
dipped their wings in how many sins?

Don't cry,
destroy these imprisoned illusions
Just once, rise above your demise
Hold on to the unfulfilled promises into your heart
And burst open the deep, deep red!

Are you without sin?
How heavy will my punishment be?
Do you realize that which has no voice?
Do you realize your own sins?

This open wound is like a crimson rose
This hatred lodged in my heart begins to bloom

(Keeping this secret) With its wing snatched away,
(is it a sin?) who does this one-winged bird
call out to in its final moment?

Don't run
from your errors, the truths, the lies
Allow magic to change everything
With love, with sorrow, take this answer that came too late
and tightly, tightly hold on to it. See?

The dazzling light begins to flow, the door to paradise is opening

Miracles pour onto this obstinate fate
This entangled world is crumbling

Don't speak the words of the eternal curse
Don't listen to your true wishes

Don't cry,
destroy these imprisoned illusions
Just once, rise above your demise
Hold on to the unfulfilled promises into your heart
And burst open the deep, deep red.

It is impossible to get to the real secret if you do not realize all of the love
