if we are looking at type moon as a whole, then certainly they win (Nasu is so vague about the powerlevel of his characters, some of them are world ending super hax beings, and then theres TYPES.). If we're looking at the chart, Its hard to say. In the type moon universe, magic is natural, and the earth has magical properties, whereas magic in Index is more like...magic. So its hard to tell how they would fare against each other.
