To be honest I don't think it would be possible. At least with this obitsu body. It has stuff inside that is part of the mechanism that works the joints and from what I saw inside it extends right into the crotch. Putting any hole in there would give your only a very short thrusting area at best. At worst none. BTW I was thinking of getting the 47cm body instead of the 60cm for a more 'childlike' look.
