Not really, Tsukihime is about Shiki vs SHIKI. Arc is just one of his many fuck buddies. Need proof, look at how Arc's route is the shittiest, and Hisui's and Ciel's are the best(yet they tend to be the least liked of the main heroines).

Every time I see this name I feel an urge to strangle Nisio Isin with his own guts while stabbing his eyes with his ribs. Choosing random words off an English dictionary is standard fare for Japanese authors, but that's going too far. Well, most of the things translated as "vampires" are actually just called "Bloodsuckers". Within the Bloodsuckers category there are the actual vampires, which evolve into Dead Apostles (which, normally, are still very vampire-like until they become hundreds of years old and acquire ridiculous talents).
