Has anyone referred to these scenes from ep 2?

a) After the school festival, Jessica lectures Kanon on being able to "create another person inside of you," and he can kind of has a strange sort of understanding look. Hint?

b) He tells Jessica that he "forgot" his name in the previously mentioned scene. In ep 2, after LOL MAGIC FIGHT he tries to tell Jessica his name before dying, and fails. Since we've pretty much proved that LOL DIDN'T HAPPEN is a viable way to look at magic scenes, though, it's hard to say what exactly THAT meant, I guess.
