Yoshika is more like Seiga's pet, or her pet project.
Their canon interactions leave room for lovey-dovey interpretations, though.
Seiga literally calls Yoshika "私の可愛い部下" (my cute underling) in Ten Desires.
Yoshika's brain has been intentionally left to decay (according to Symposium of Post-Mysticism), so I doubt Seiga views her as an apprentice, unless she wanted to teach her "no thoughts, brain empty", which may be one way to get to know the Tao.

Ten Desires if you want to see Seiga and Yoshika. If you want to know something in canon you have to check primary sources.
Lost Word is officially-licensed but not canon; ZUN doesn't write it. It's a similar situation to the doujin in Strange Creators of Outer World.
I wouldn't recommend LW because it's a gacha with meh gameplay. The writing has some fun moments but it does read like a fanwork.
