DI is entirely horizontal text.

On the note of Conjurer, it's not really something a translator would worry about. The Vertical text display system basically needs to be reprogrammed, and it's much harder to do that without access to source, since the game doesn't run in a free engine like Kirikiri.

Basically, not happening unless it happens officially.

Maybe if you were insanely good at reversing, but it would still be a hack fix. With these proprietary engines all we have access to is the finished, compiled .exe, so any engine work is going to be a massive headache.

That and all that work has allegedly already been figured out for the base game (talking about the Muramasa FD) on JAST's side. Why put yourself through that headache when they've already done it all better on their end?

Pretty much, yeah. It's easier to imagine a future where Phil Long takes a few months to translate it using the already existing engine fixes than one where an anon has all the skills required to both make a hack fix for the text issue AND translate it. I don't know anybody in the community who has it in them to do all that.

are there any good VNs that follow the Teaching Feeling model of healing/getting closer to a slave you save? Something that focuses on character development more that the sexual scenes (can still have explicit content). I don't even know what kind of tags I'd use to look for stuff with this theme.
