The Rance titles are also at Fakku, KaguraGame, and most importantly GOG. But they should have been at GOG time ago, but eh. I am curious as to how much of a cut MG takes out of it since MG hasn't really advertised that their Alicesoft games are at other stores, but at least it's pretty good advertising for when they release Rance IX. If nothing else, it confirms that the Beat titles/Evenicle have been doing at least decently in other stores and that gives incentive for AS to translate Ixseal (hopefully without mosaic). Hopefully, Dohna Dohna gets out of exclusivity jail eventually, maybe next year if the English branch of Alicesoft is still around.

It's not their primary focus and never will be. They have the lowest output including a dying Sekai Project. They don't do anything in a timely manner because it doesn't matter and they know it doesn't, hence JAST time. They haven't significant efforts to expand the past few decades which is why they maintain the same release pacing as they always have. While you can make these arguments for some of the others, this combination applies only to JAST. But because of this I can see them outlasting the rest. We'll be back in the dark ages when JAST was basically the only relevant publisher with a couple releases a year. I don't think it'll happen all at once or soon, but I believe that to be the trajectory. Doubt most of us will care by then.

If you mean J-LIST (JAST is literally made to TL VNs) then you would have had a point earlier years, since until 2020 they had like 3-4 releases
per year (counting the JAST USA publisher only). They now have more like 8 2021/2022, possibly as an effect of hiring an actual manager. JAST released ~9 titles in 2022 (not counting the small venus blood additions or Slow Damage); Sekai Project released 9 titles in 2022. MG released 10. They're basically on pace these days.
