Honestly it feels wrong if I don't have to look up one or two words every sentences, it means that I'm reading something too easy I need to mine 100 words a day at the very least to feel satisfied
also ironically enough it force me to take the time to fully understand what I'm reading while when I'm reading some romcom where I know every words I have the tendency to just half white noise it forgetting the sentences I read 10 seconds before

Looks good, although you should at least download some deck to help you with the basic kanjis, otherwise you will pause every 5 seconds to look up for a word while reading
I remember my first time playing a VN in japanese i end up adding 180 new words to anki in the first day.

no, thats actually the smart way of doing it. alternating between intensively looking up everything and just letting the unknown stuff pass you by is most efficient cause that way you ensure you're getting daily vocab reps and daily input gains. some people have to resist the urge to look up everything, some people have the opposite problem. if you can separate it into two 'modes' in your mind that will do a lot for you. one possible exception is sentences with only one unknown word, because unlike words in sentences with multiple unknown words, looking up a word with a whole sentence around it is often enough to trigger your brain to soak up the word and its meaning.

You can usually tell from context if a verb would be neutral or potential, so that alone tells you
But also さわる is a neutral touch whereas ふれる is often used in more abstract ways
Like if someone says "x has left its mark on/influenced Y culture" or somethign liek that, they will literally say "touched" metaphorically, but in my experience ふれる is used instead of さわる there
And also, supposedly ふれる is supposed to have a "gentle" nuance when used for literal touch, compared to さわる which is neutral

The rest can be sorted out with simple mnemonics.
