The only time i have seen damage on the feet with bolts is when the dumbass manufacturers don't have the bolts protruding enough. Catdoll do this a lot where the bolts are below the surface level of the foot. They're just stainless steel hex bolts, so just get a hex wrench and make sure they're sticking out enough that the TPE won't touch the floor. The bolts don't cause tearing at all. It'll only tear if you drag it around and that would still happen without bolts.

The way I clean is I use a cotton undershirt, dip it in water, wipe out the inside, go to a dry part of the undershirt, repeat several times until the inside is just damp and not slippery. Periodically put my entire doll in the shower to wash the outside, followed by powdered, and less periodically, oiling and powdering.

You can add mild hand soap if you want to disinfect, and then wipe the soap out with a few more passes. In my experience it only takes 3 or 4 passes for the lube and cum to be gone. This is the lazy way of cleaning it, you can also douche if you want, but you'll still have to wipe it out in a similar way.
