Who is your favorite commander /jp/?

For me, Rizna because she packs a huge punch and is immune to some attacks. Also 50 year old sex addict.

Close second is Shibata because he is a foot soldier that can be used as a warrior.

All 7's bushi are a dime a dozen though. Kenshin, Motonari, Dokuganryuu, Noir, and the Yoshihisa brother all START with 7's or better in everything.

My favorite has got to be Omachi. The first half of the game is just Omachi + footsoldier = win. I seriously just conquer territories with two units. She's boss. RP wise I like Isoroku or Kenshin the best.

Senhime. Good all-round unit. Always equipped with Brute Photo for more levels so she can actually do something in dungeon battles.

Same goes for Uruza. 75 levels of ranged destruction = fuck yes.

Omachi is just pure mayhem. Her and Mouri Teru is a clean-up team. Natori can come too if there's a lot of enemy troops.

Honda Masano surveyed the field, raccoon dog eyes wide in horror. Long had he lived among the humans, his long lifespan granting him the privilege of participating in every major war for the last century. An experience which lent him a mastery of strategy; an understanding of war which accounted for every tactic, every eventuality. But the wisdom of centuries of war could not explain what he saw before him.
A laughably small girl in exotic foreign clothing, her body shining brilliantly in the sunlight, brighter than the most well oiled and polished armor. Behind her was a horde of monks, dressed only in loincloths, a similar sheen coating their skins. Masano had thought Oda's foreigner a fool when the scouts reported that the only opposing force was a horde of unarmored, unarmed rabble, but the battlefield did not lie.
Following Masano's battle strategy, the front line had charged and surrounded Oda's single unit, with superior numbers and three commanders surely victory was guaranteed. However the swords and spears of Akashi were unable to touch Oda's army. Was this the power of the legendary Guts Armor? No. For every blow which fell upon the monks simply slid off, glancing off the slick bronze bodies of Aburako's unit. Bewildered, the attackers took heavy casualties, the men unable to keep their feet in the slippery crash, falling upon their own swords. Some were grappled with and broken. Some simply drowned in the oily tide.
The battle was half over now, and the outcome was already clear. Honda Masano whimpered as Oda's counter-attack came into formation. Young Mayu's vanguard unit was sure to be annihilated.
Leading the charge, Aburako Dousan raised a fist to the sky "I'm Aburako, daughter of Aburasumashi! Let's be oily!" The men yelled a response of "Youkai Ward!" as they charged into the line of spearmen, easily slipping through the spear wall without a single casualty.
Akashi's defeat that day would become the stuff of legends.

Her H-scene is fantastic, are you kidding?
First at Trust Rance bribes her by feeding her some toads, which are her favorite food, and while she's distracted Rance takes off her scuba gear, leaving her fidgeting in a plain school swimsuit. After that Rance breaks out the oil and lays down on a float, as Aburako shyly gets Really Oily. The subsequent full body massage Rance gets as Dousan-chan's oily little body slides across Rance's broad back is one of the hottest scenes in the game.
And if you manage to get her to love Rance gets to douse Dousan-chan in oil and slowly peel off her skintight swimsuit, revealing the lithe bronzed perfection that is her shimmering naked Really Oily body. She's too small to take Rance, so she gets Extra Oily and Rance places his hyper weapon between her thighs as she crosses her legs and whimpers as he takes her intercrural style and clears her character.

1 is more of an adventure of the look, do, think... style with some one-on-one fights. The drawings are horrible (the monsters look like something a kid made in paint more than what you'd expect in a commercial game). There's pretty much no H-scenes, just very short scenes where you see a girl naked with almost no text. Rance is very different as a character, not as self-confident, selfish or abusive as he's later. Rance can cast magic and Sill never teams up with him at all. The whole kingdom is named differently (it was later retconned to be Leazas). You are levelled up by an unnamed human than only slightly resembles Willis. And so on.
