I was watching Alone in the Dark today and it got me thinking, which youkai or other being is considered to be the oldest habitant of Gensokyo? Also counting PC-98 characters, because it's not a retconned series.

Eirin is likely to be the oldest mortal in the game. But she wasn't an inhabitant of Gensokyo since it was created.
We do know that Tewi is ~3000 years old, and Yukari's age is unspecified but assumed to be very old.
As aspects of nature, Letty and Lily White must be incredibly old. And the same goes for the Shinigami and the Yama.
