Too small and looks too young. Doesn't give off the onee-sama feeling she should considering how much of a father figure her inspiration was thought of as.
Tiny arms and not a single scar. Her inspiration was pretty solidly built for a tactician and a WW1 veteran of the Alps. Should've tried to incorporate some of those elements.
Awful clothing - doesn't preserve any of the practicality the character should have. Bonus points for the safari goggles, though.
Fox accessories - Wustenfuchs. Very good, anything else would be unthinkable.

Lacking, but could've been worse.
