Run anchor.exe, japanese locale is advised so you don't run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

You could try your hand at translating dialogue, there are guides currently in the TW folder (in #Translation) on what to do, not sure if it that folder exists in other games.
Another guide is:
1) Download an IDE. VS Code, for example.
1a) If using VS Code, install the EraBasic addon
2) Select UTF8 encoding
3) Open the ERB files and edit them
That way you can now edit files without much trouble.
The path for files to edit is usually the ERB folder:

You can also report bugs or typos here on the thread when you see them.

True, as the solution was in line with what the action should've been in the first place. Primarily it was an attempt to add a new counter action, so it took a while to tune it.
As it stands now, the milking is locked behind very high maso check for PC (about 5 or above), sadism check for target (about 5 or above), and anal stat should be developed sufficiently for the player. All of which make it so that it triggers if the player already dabbled into anal/submissive stuff considerably.

It was tweaked within a week if not first three days, and it was only happening with the girls who had either cheated stats with everything set in 999, or the so-called developed girls. For some reason none of my developed girls ever did any of this in hundreds of hours of play, but his always do somehow. There's only four anal commands towards the player - anal caress, rimjob, anal sex, and milking. Caress and rimjob trigger very rarely because they need high hand and tongue skills respectively. Sex is very common if the 2hu is futa (original behavior), non-existent otherwise. And milking you already know.

Having the first stage of the love/lewd routes is often considered the bare minimum, depending on the girl traits you might need a bit more. You get yearning at 1500 fav 250 reliability and 5 intimacy. If she's not trained for it, she will also have to be in the mood, which is basically 1 or 2 hearts in the mood meter.

There definitely is, but honestly it doesnt matter, at least not when starting out. The game gives you so many options that make you mad overpowered just by touching them you dont need to go in with a meta mindset. Its designed in a way that allows you to take any demon/character you want and bring them all the way to the end while still being viable (See MAG Enhancement).
Stats do matter I suppose, but I think you're smart enough to figure out who benefits from what on your own once you know what they do. tldr strength is physical attacks, intelligence is success chance when talking (player only), magic defense and healing effectiveness, mag is MP amount and magic damage, agility is turn order, accuracy and evasion, endurance is physical defense and max hp, and luck slightly effects everything and increases drop rate and chance to inflict a status. There's some small overlaps like strength slightly effecting hp but those are the big ones. The only other note is guns calculate off of int and agi, not strength.
If you want persona characters, check the events tab. Deep fog studio is p4 (sans a few like rise who were in different quests before the actual p4 quest was made) and tartarus is obvious. p5 I havent done yet but apparently its also the DDS questline.
Macca is weird so before I get into it, are you going to try the slave trading stuff? That's actually pretty important to know because if you arent, there is some stuff you definitely should know and do

It's really a "do whatever you want" type of game, raw level factors into battle performance so you cannot really fuck up.
There's like thousand or so demons so it's hard to give any sort of walkthrough - and it would make you not enjoy the game as much. Japanese wiki says two first weeks are meant to be a tutorial where you bumble around, but the entire first cycle is like that.
Macca is a type of money you get almost exclusively from training.
Don't feel pressed for time/performance and enjoy it. Make sure you're playing on a version number .143 (in the title bar)

Generally speaking, humans will refuse to fight until you get them trained enough. Then they'll be able to be put in party again. As a bonus, you only get game overs when you AND all fallen teammates die, so there's a massive benefit to training your party members.

Answering the summoner one first, pretty much? Strength can matter if you want a Counter build which is actually pretty good, but I like having my summoner in the back row spamming Power Bullets. They DO benefit from Passive/Auto skills, so keep that in mind if you get skill cards for those.
As for Macca, if you dont do slave trading you will not get a consistent source of Macca Income. Your main way will be trading in yen at Reppongi Red Light district at night, with a conversation rate of 200 to 1. If you want to make a character fall for you from simply fighting with you, there is an option for that, go into setting and set options 38 and 39 to this. This will let you get Affection from loyalty gained in battle as long as you never train them beforehand, and even lets you gain Trust from characters of the same sex so you can be best bros, though that one takes a lot longer. This is how I prefer making my characters fall because honestly, training takes a long ass time without it. Once they reach affection just get their desire to level 1 through puff-puffs and then give them lots of creampies until they Love you. And unlike what >>41170037 says, it's not a totally common thing. You (Usually) have ways to get human characters that dont involve underhanded means so they can fight with you right away, I think its mostly the randomly generated characters he's talking about that require training. Despite that though, it is something to keep in mind, some characters you cannot get nicely. For example, pretty much every Persona 2 character requires you taking advantage of them to acquire them, being nice means giving them up sadly.

I guess as a heads up since it wont be obvious in it's case, but you can get the P3 characters nicely, with the exception of Fuuka. Talk to them enough when climbing the tower and help them out in fights and they'll join of their own volition, no strings attached (Except in Mitsuru's case, take her and all of SEES disbands right there, so be careful when talking to her because it could lead in missing a bunch of them).

If you mean in battle, there should be a mod for the enemy demons to have them but Im not sure if its up to date at all (Didnt work for me last time I tried it). Otherwise there is an option to turn them on so your team has portraits in battle, on status screens, and during training, but I cant remember where exactly it is in the settings. It is there though, trust me

No cheating by skipping steps in friendship!

For Trust/Sworn Friend purposes, if the target is the opposite sex, they typically get Affection instead, and the Loyalty required is lower than what is required for Trust (about 1/3 less). But if you achieve enough Loyalty required to get Trust instead and have Trust Fall activated, sometimes the game can get 'confused' and assign both Trust and Affection to them at the same time, causing them to get both the Trust and Affection end of the day messages, and while showing up in [301]Check Status with 'Affe', they count as a Trust Fall, not an Affection Fall, for the purposes of your MC's Total Trust/Loving Chars page. Even if you Train them afterwards to remove 'Trust', it won't count as an Affection Fall. As far as generic text goes, eraMegaten has a bunch of dialogue depending on the character's 'speech type'. For females, there are at least three (maybe a few more) - 'Young Girl' (notloli), 'normal' and 'Old Style' (speaks like your typical anime 1000 year old notloli god/ancient being/etc.). Most of this only comes into play when you do sexual training though, and even then a good portion of the text is derived from the 'normal' version anyway. One of the generic texts that is translated at least has a good portion of text for non-sexual training purposes.

As far as unique character dialogue goes, Ain probably has the most dialogue for a lot of situations (aka had the most effort put into a single character), and is also fully translated. Ain has dialogue for when you send her to work, specific to that particular job you sent her to, and even text for [214] Interact and [213] Gathering. No other character seems to have as much dialogue as her, though it probably comes down to it being due to her request chain with an ending being specific to Ain and no one else. Most other request/event chains can feature up to 10 different characters, and writing dialogue for all of them to cover for every single action is probably too huge a pain to do after needing to design the entire request/event chain itself.

Maybe even have some (flavour or actual) dialogue where instead of Charmed characters (on either side) choosing Inaction just simply 'standing there panting, too horny to act', start stripping (if has clothing) or masturbating or something. The problem with eramegaten for me is how much it draws out the process of getting them if I cant do it nicely. There's a lot of copium I have to inhale to say I got, say, Maiko and made her legitimately fall for me, because not only did I have to outright buy her, I had to train her for multiple days because she was both uncooperative and a level 1 non-combatant, so I was not able to make it any easier with stamina/willpower increases thanks to a max mag count of 139. Some of the 'kidnap them on the spot' decisions also break the route entirely for that cycle, too, which pretty much makes it a 'I don't care about that route at all' option. Unfortunately wanting to change all that will require direct edits to all the current routes - not just adding an option for them to join you cooperatively (combat or non-combatant), but will also require their routes to be edited to remove or change any 'if character with you for any reason (route break)/(other boss)' flags.

Having said that, it is kind understandable, since not everyone would willingly join the side of a slave trafficker, a sex slave trafficker at that. Especially since it also comes with 'literally in their safehouse forever' thing, and no matter how minute there is always the risk of being a target of sexual training. Actually, if for the non-combatants at least, I'd like there to be an option to incur a daily Yen cost to 'improve living conditions' for your 'slaves'. Currently the only way to achieve a Fall with non-combatants that isn't the standard sexual training is by having them work in the Cafeteria when (You) are also working in there, but the Loyalty gain is only like up to 300-400 at most per day, mostly between 150-300 most of the time. Let us have options to raise the Loyalty multiplier gain, or just insert it as an 'easy mode' thing like you can for a few other options as well. Given that, people want to be saintly pristine - to the point that someone in these threads (in a morality-induced haze?) popped a bullet in Alex's head after her bossfight - just because the alternative was abduction.
It's a bit like playing Persona games and being allergic to highschooler life - and wanting to be able to get everything without ever touching it. Training is both baked into the premise and innately intersects as a gameplay system with RPG - in my opinion, at least. On top of that, points made about characters joining such an organization and balance have some weight too.

That said, era games don't have developers, only contributors, so if there's any content someone wants to add, the development branch is always open! Things get thrown in there no questions asked. Make an account on gitgud, post credentials for access and just push changes (preferable to simply dropping files in threads, since there'll be a connection to you if anything arises later like with the disappearing Vergil dev). The problem with your comparison is the game *does* acknowledge specific instances of you "Breaking script" so to speak and acting like a hero. Using Persona 2 as an example again, in the fight King Leo in the IS route when he offers you the idols (I dont remember the group's name), including Lisa in exchange for his life in a smug manner, he actually freaks out when you deny it. He goes complete batshit because he didnt think you, of all people, would be the kind to turn that down. Multiple other routes as well give you the option to play along for literally no benefit, like P1 Sebec and SMT4, even though the latter isnt finished last I checked. So it's not absurd of me to want more of that.

Those stones should be like a critical failure state, like you roll a 1-10 out of 100. That score should not be calculated for every girl separately, more like you play perfectly, almost perfectly, "you tried", or you ruined a song and it didn't sound like anything, and then it gets judged by a girl. Take things like mood, fortune, relationship, her energy level, etc. into consideration. Someone completely addicted to you could still want to listen to your crappy attempts at murdering music, or people like Yuugi propably wouldn't be bothered even if you tried to play the Crazy Bus theme at 0 favor. Additionally, there should be an option to have a girl *just* tell you to shut up, instead of burying you alive as she says it.
Maybe make a special check during banquets/work if she's got like 2 levels in music above you, implying a much better taste in it, or a mix of music and knowledge for both sides. Let someone like Akyuu hate shitty music too, don't discriminate against non-combatants.

Did you pick up Mayone from Mayone's Reward before completing both Ichigaya Garrison or the US Embassy? If you did, it actually softlocks one of them entirely. Or at least if you picked the US Embassy when Mayone first approached you about it but you picked her up before completing it, she doesn't 'come back' to get you to go to Ichigaya Garrison because she's 'with you' already. This game isn't really supposed to be a "you're the molested" thing. But maybe you could cheat a bit to make it conform to your tastes better.
First, find the cheat menu in the options by clicking the stars at the top, and enable lust mode. That will let any girl that's remotely into you push you down. Optionally you can make everyone sluts, but it means they'll just never refuse your advances, I dunno if it makes them any more sexually aggressive. I kept it off on my cheat file.
Second, I'd recommend you blanket edit every character's intimacy and desire to some stupidly high stat (and optionally bump up your own knowledge and speech a bit), that will skip most of the grind you have to pass through to get to the good stuff.
