I really doubt he won't be. Incumbencies are pretty difficult to lose, and the economy is starting to improve. I find it hard to believe it won't be very visibly on the way up by the time the election comes around, and the economy will be the main focus unless there's a successful terrorist attack by foreign forces in that time.
