Thinking about it and you're right. I wouldn't want Noel to turn into another Canan, especially with Noel being a safe place for her to get away from Canan stuff like she does when chat is pissing her off or she's stressed out. Plus what would be the point if Noel acted like Canan 1/1? She would just be another Matsuri, a nicer one, but still have that stigma about her.
I also think it helps her, she can be someone else for a bit and that someone else is a better person so she can strive to be better to be Danchou. because she doesn't show weakness, she might have her rage attacks but she's never cried or done half the stuff she's done on Canan and I wouldn't want that on Noel thinking about it. It's probably why I miss her because Noel was that sunshine to watch that was nice and comfy.
