The artist of the OP picture absolutely nailed everything about the personalities and characteristics of Remilia and Sakuya.

You can see that Remilia has a hint of amusement and almost juvenile interest in you: the victim. It's almost as if she wishes to stay around to see you struggle with your last breath.

Yes but that's probably where Sakuya comes in. With her red eye state, it's evident that you were the meal she prepared for Remi. Perhaps you were walking down a lonely alley when she knifed you twice in the back before Remi fed on you.

With your vision begins to blur, you see that the maid has absolutely no interest or respect for you as a human being. You're nothing more than expired meal that has no further purpose to this world.

As Remilia hesitates to leave your dying body, Sakuya holds out an arm, almost possessively, around Remi to hurry her to leave your pathetic remains.
